Founder's Office

We're hiring someone to help us build GVT's digital presence — and we'd love it to be you.

GVT is a fashion brand making everyday style more accessible. We're growing fast online and need a hands-on marketing person to join the Founder's Office and own our digital operations end to end.

The role is hybrid, so you don't need to be in Khammam full-time — but you do need to be genuinely involved, responsive, and driven.

Here's what you'd be doing:

— Running Meta ad campaigns (setup, creatives, tracking)

— Managing our Shopify store day to day

— Handling social media — content, posting, engagement

— Coordinating product and campaign shoots

— Staying in sync with our warehouse team for fulfilment

— Editing reels, videos, and putting together creatives

What we're looking for:

— Someone who's actually worked on Shopify

— Comfortable running Meta ads independently

— Can edit content (CapCut, Canva, Premiere — whatever works for you)

— Telugu-speaking preferred

— Available 6 days a week (Sunday off)

This is a Founder's Office role, which means you'll have real ownership and direct access to leadership from Day 1. No layers, no waiting around for approvals on small things.

If this sounds like you, please fill out the form!
