About the Role:

• Join the Founder's Office and work directly with the Founder on high-impact business initiatives.
• Gain exposure across Growth, Revenue, Partnerships, Strategy and Business Operations.
• Work on ambiguous business problems, bring structure to them, and drive initiatives from idea to execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ideal for someone who enjoys high ownership, fast learning, cross-functional exposure and switching between strategy and execution.

Roles & Responsibilites:

• Work with the Founder on growth, revenue, partnerships and business expansion initiatives.
• Convert business priorities into structured plans with clear timelines and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to closure.
• Track business metrics, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare business reviews, presentations, proposals and analyses.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
• Solve emerging business problems and take end-to-end ownership.
• Help build processes and operating rhythms as the company scales.

What Makes This Role Differ:

This is not a traditional strategy or coordination role. You'll get direct exposure to company-building, work closely with the Founder, and have the autonomy to own initiatives with visible business impact.
