Role Description

The Founder's Office Trainee internship is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The trainee will support the founder in day-to-day activities such as coordinating projects, assisting with client communication, and preparing presentations or reports. Responsibilities may include organizing shoot schedules, tracking deliverables, documenting processes, and managing basic operational tasks. The role involves conducting online research, compiling information, and helping with simple content or marketing activities as needed. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to how a digital content business is run, including decision-making, planning, and execution.

• Ability to assist with operational coordination, including scheduling, task tracking, and basic documentation.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support founder-led projects and decision-making.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and client-facing interactions.
• Comfort with digital tools such as office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and basic internet research.
• Interest in digital content, media production, or marketing; prior exposure to photoshoots, cinematography, or advertising is an advantage.
• High level of initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
• Ability to work from Lucknow in a hybrid arrangement, with readiness for occasional field or studio visits.
• Relevant academic background in business, media, communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
