Founder's Office: Strategy & Ops Analyst

Summary: We’re hiring Executive Analysts to join the Founder’s Office SWAT Team. This position is based at YOptima’s Whitefield office in Bangalore and requires working from the office.

Role Overview We're building a SWAT team inside YOptima's Founder's Office — sharp generalists who find and solve the hardest problems across the business, wherever they show up. One week you might be diagnosing performance gaps in a key client account; the next, building a sales narrative, pricing a new solution, stress-testing the numbers leadership relies on, or fixing a process in finance or HR. You'll turn messy, high-stakes problems into clear decisions — and automate the repeatable ones so your energy stays on what's new and hard.
