Founder's Office – Strategy & Execution | Bangalore/Chennai

Looking for a Strategy & Execution Associate, to work closely with founders on critical business initiatives and drive projects from analysis to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with founders on strategic and high-priority initiatives.
• Identify and solve cross-functional business problems.
• Analyze business performance, metrics, and key gaps.
• Develop business cases, financial models, trackers, and decision frameworks.
• Drive projects end-to-end with clear timelines, owners, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure successful execution.
• Support annual and quarterly business planning, reviews, and OKRs.
• Identify new opportunities across growth, categories, channels, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
• Manage special projects across functions as business priorities evolve.
• Track project progress and ensure timely closure of key initiatives.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, D2C, ecommerce, or consumer businesses.
• MBA/PGDM from a strong institution preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Comfortable working with data, financial metrics, and business models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and execution focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working across different functions and teams.
• Bias for action with strong follow-through.
