Great strategy is easy to write. Getting it done is the hard part.
Every ambitious company has a gap between what leadership decides on Monday and what actually ships a month later. Priorities get agreed, energy peaks, and then daily fires take over. We re hiring someone to own that gap and make sure decisions turn into delivered outcomes.
At Techdome, you ll sit beside our CEO and CTO as their execution engine. You ll convert strategic intent into concrete plans, line up the right owners, and push every initiative to a finished result across Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. You ll also be expected to find places where AI and automation can make the whole company faster.
- Turn talk into traction: Take leadership discussions and produce clear plans with named owners, deadlines, and defined deliverables.
- Finish what s started: Run cross-functional initiatives end to end. You re judged on outcomes delivered, not updates sent.
- Remove friction: Spot operational bottlenecks early and resolve them before they slow anyone down.
- Tell the story: Build polished pitch decks, proposals, and executive briefings that are ready to put in front of clients.
- Back up growth: Join client and business development meetings, and own every follow-up so no opportunity slips.
- Sharpen decisions: Research markets, competitors, and customers, then distill what you find into recommendations leadership can act on.
- Automate the grind: Design and launch AI-powered or automated workflows for recurring work like research, reporting, and documentation.
- Take the next hard thing: Lead ad hoc strategic and cross-functional projects as new priorities appear.
- First 30 days: You understand how Techdome operates, have built working relationships across teams, and have taken ownership of your first leadership initiatives.
- By 60 days: You re running several cross-functional projects at once, producing client and leadership materials, and delivering research that influences real decisions.
- By 90 days: You re the go-to execution partner for the CEO and CTO, with at least one AI or automation improvement live and saving the team measurable time.
The bigger picture: leadership priorities consistently get delivered, teams stay aligned, blockers clear fast, and nothing important slips through the cracks.
- 6+ months in a Founder s Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Business Development, or early-stage startup role
- A record of getting things done in unstructured environments where nobody hands you the playbook
- Strong initiative: you notice problems before anyone asks and act on them
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Solid PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets skills, including models that support real decisions
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to work faster and better
- Good judgment with confidential information, and the ability to juggle many moving parts
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or founder s office
- Client-facing or business development exposure
- Working knowledge of Notion, Asana, or Trello
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Enterprise Technology
- An MBA is welcome, but a proven record of execution matters far more than a degree
- Proximity to decisions: Work directly with the CEO and CTO and help shape key business choices.
- Unusual breadth: Get hands-on with strategy, technology, AI, business development, client relationships, and operations all at once.
- Real ownership: Take on a wide scope with the freedom to decide how the work gets done.
- Room to grow: Build a path toward senior leadership or strategy roles as your impact grows.
