    Founder's Office – Strategy & Corporate Development

    Location: Bengaluru, India

    Experience: 2–5 years

Function: Founder's Office | Strategy & Corporate Development

    Company: RagaAI

    About RagaAI

RagaAI is building the next generation of AI solutions to solve complex real-world problems using advanced AI and machine learning.

We are looking for a high-caliber Strategy & Corporate Development professional to work closely with the founders on the company's most important strategic and fundraising initiatives.

This is a high-impact Founder's Office role for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience working on both corporate strategy and fundraising / corporate development.

    The Role

You will work directly with the founder across company strategy, fundraising, investor engagement, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, and other high-priority initiatives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between an analytical strategy problem, an investor conversation, a financial model, and execution of a critical company initiative.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to take ownership and drive projects from problem definition → analysis → recommendation → execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Corporate Strategy

    • Work with the founder to define and execute RagaAI's strategic priorities.
    • Analyze markets, competitors, customers, technologies, and emerging opportunities.
    • Evaluate new markets, products, business models, and growth opportunities.
    • Develop business cases and recommendations for strategic decisions.
    • Build frameworks and analyses to support founder-level decision making.
    • Track industry and competitive developments, particularly across AI and enterprise technology.

    2. Fundraising & Corporate Development

    • Work closely with the founder on fundraising strategy and execution across current and future financing rounds.
    • Develop and maintain an understanding of the investor landscape across VCs, growth investors, strategic investors, and other sources of capital.
    • Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant investors.
    • Prepare fundraising materials including investor presentations, company narratives, financial analyses, market sizing, and investment theses.
    • Support preparation for investor meetings and help develop tailored investor messaging.
    • Maintain fundraising pipeline, investor outreach, meeting status, follow-ups, and next steps.
    • Conduct investor research and develop insights on investment theses, portfolio companies, and relevant market activity.
    • Support financial modeling, valuation analysis, fundraising scenarios, and capital strategy.
    • Coordinate diligence requests across finance, business, product, technology, and other functions.
    • Support the founders through the fundraising process from investor identification and outreach through diligence and closing.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing investors and support ongoing investor communications.

    3.  Founder's Office / Strategic Initiatives

    • Work directly with the founder on high-priority and often ambiguous strategic initiatives.
    • Take ownership of cross-functional projects that are critical to the company's growth.
    • Convert ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
    • Prepare executive-level presentations, decision documents, and board/investor materials.
    • Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
    • Step into new areas as priorities evolve.
