Youphoria is looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to join our Founder's Office and work closely with the leadership team to drive school partnerships and growth.
This is not a conventional internship. As a Founder's Office Associate, you will get hands-on experience in institutional partnerships, strategic pitching, stakeholder management, market expansion, and startup execution while contributing directly to Youphoria's mission of transforming student development.
What Youphoria Does
Youphoria is a DPIIT-recognized and TISS-incubated EdTech startup working to transform student development beyond traditional academics.
Our programs use holistic, interactive, and gamified frameworks focusing on areas such as digital wisdom, self-concept, leadership, and personal boundaries.
We work with K-12 institutions to create meaningful developmental experiences for students.
What You Will Do
* Identify and map potential private and public K-12 schools, educational institutions, and residential communities across Varanasi.
* Initiate conversations and build relationships with school principals, directors, coordinators, and academic heads.
* Lead school presentations, program demos, and partnership discussions.
* Visit schools and institutions in Varanasi as required to support on-ground partnership development.
* Understand the needs and challenges of schools and identify opportunities for collaboration.
* Gather feedback from educators and students and translate insights into improvements in our programs and processes.
* Support the Founder's Office in growth strategy, pitch development, market research, and operational initiatives.
* Take ownership of assigned growth projects and drive them from ideation to execution.
Who We Are Looking For
* Students or graduates from Psychology, Education, Business Management, Communications, Humanities, or related disciplines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
* Confident in interacting with senior school stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly.
* High curiosity, initiative, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
* Comfortable with networking, relationship-building, and on-ground school visits.
* Strong ownership, self-motivation, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Ability to work independently in an output-driven and flexible work model.
