Role Overview:

The Founder's Office (Growth) role is designed for a high-impact professional who acts as a strategic extension of the leadership team. You will operate at the center of the organization, bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and day-to-day business operations. This role involves working closely with department heads to identify growth levers, optimize internal processes, and drive cross-functional projects that directly influence the company's P&L. You will be responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable business insights, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and operationally efficient in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end business operations by streamlining workflows and identifying bottlenecks to improve overall organizational efficiency.

- Lead growth marketing initiatives by analyzing market trends and customer acquisition channels to scale the company's service footprint.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term capital allocation.

- Manage complex projects by coordinating across technical and non-technical teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives.

- Oversee stakeholder management by acting as a primary point of contact for internal leadership and external partners to align project goals.

- Conduct deep-dive data analytics to track business performance, providing the founder with actionable intelligence on P&L health and operational KPIs.

- Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and assisting in the preparation of high-stakes proposals and pitches.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level reports using advanced analytical tools and financial modeling techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and articulate strategic vision effectively.

- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting, startup, or corporate strategy environment.

- High degree of adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, on-site environment in Bangalore, where quick decision-making and hands-on execution are required.
