About the Role

This role works with the Marketing team & uses AI to do GTM Engineering. You will work on different marketing initiatives (TOFU,MOFU,BOFU). You will work directly with the founder on bootstrapping multiple new initiatives which improves our brand presence, demand generation.

What You'll Do

Founder Leverage & Strategic Execution

• Partner with founders to drive high-impact marketing initiatives from zero to one; turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes.

Top-of-Funnel & Demand Generation

• Design and execute multi-channel top-of-funnel campaigns to scale inbound pipeline and lead acquisition.
• Manage community, influencer, and field marketing programs to expand brand reach and industry presence.

Program & Project Management

• Own mission-critical marketing programs end-to-end: define scope, build plans, track execution, and unblock teams to ensure speed and accountability.

Product Marketing & Messaging

• Develop clear, compelling product marketing collaterals, landing pages, sales enablement decks, and case studies.
• Translate complex cloud infra features into business outcomes and high-converting marketing campaigns.

AI Automation & Marketing Ops

• Implement advanced AI workflows for daily content generation, campaign optimization, and marketing operations.
• Track marketing performance metrics, attribution, and CAC across all active channels to drive ROI.

Data, Metrics & Visibility

• Define marketing KPIs and success metrics; analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards, trackers, and documentation for visibility.

Special Projects & Scale Enablers

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and design processes for marketing workflows.
• Leverage Gen-AI tools internally to enhance content velocity, decision support, and marketing productivity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Experience of working in founder's office in a B2B SaaS company. Should have worked on marketing initiatives
• Proven track record in top-of-funnel lead generation, product marketing, and community or field events.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for daily content production, workflow automation, and process efficiency.
• Strong written communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Based in Bangalore with availability to work in office 2 days/week.
• Strong program and project management skills—you take ideas to execution without handholding.
• Excellent communication skills—you drive clarity and urgency across stakeholders.
• Experience building internal workflows and operating rhythms.
• Comfort working directly with CXOs and cross-functional teams.
• Must have a degree from a Tier 1 college.
