Job Description

About the Role

Waphire is seeking a proactive, analytical, and execution-oriented Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founding team on strategic, operational, and business growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a startup operates, scales, and makes critical business decisions, with opportunities to conduct market research, analyze business opportunities, coordinate projects, and translate ideas into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry mapping, and business research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support founders in translating strategic priorities into structured plans, timelines, and actionable deliverables.
• Track key business metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with teams to drive projects, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Assist with presentations, business reports, strategic documents, and management updates for the founder's office.
• Support communication and coordination with internal teams, business partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and help build processes, documentation, and systems to improve execution.
• Take ownership of high-priority, ad-hoc strategic projects assigned directly by the founders.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; recent graduates and final-year students available for full-time work may apply.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert information into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and presentation development.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and productivity or project management tools.
• A strong sense of ownership, initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work full-time from Waphire's Noida office.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential business information.
