Job Title: Founders Office Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with founders on strategic projects and daily business execution.
• Track key business metrics: leads, conversions, revenue, and cost centers.
• Work with product and engineering to scope features, write specs, define success metrics, and prioritise based on user and revenue impact.
• Genuine curiosity about how products get built. Bonus if you've shipped something yourself, however small.
• Own dashboards, reports, and weekly performance reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and run improvement experiments.

Ideal candidate:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership mindset. Can work with little supervision.
• Clear communication and structured thinking.
• Comfortable with data, CRM tools, and dashboards.
• Fast learner. Bias for action. Having experience working with AI Tools is a plus.

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off Every Month)

Timings: 10:30am - 07:30pm

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi, 110044. (onsite role)
