What we are looking for : We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join the Founder's Office at Kelmus Intelligence. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You won't be shadowing or making decks for practice. You'll be working on live campaigns, real client accounts, and Kelmus's own growth engine from Day 1.
What you'll own: You'll manage and grow our as well as client's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube -planning, creating, and scheduling content that actually performs. On the outbound side, you'll build prospect lists, run cold email campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Smartlead, and GMass, and track everything from reply rates to meetings booked. You'll also support CRM hygiene, weekly reporting, and ongoing research into new target segments.
Who we're looking for: Someone currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications who is already curious about growth tools, outbound strategy, and what makes a brand land on social. You should be self-directed, clear in written communication, and comfortable figuring things out before asking. Familiarity with Apollo.io, Smartlead, GMass, Canva, or similar tools is a strong plus.
What you get: This is a 3-month internship with a real scope of work. You'll leave with hands-on experience across outbound campaigns, social media management, and pipeline tracking the kind of depth that usually takes 2 to 3 years to build in a conventional role. Top performers will receive a certificate of internship, a letter of recommendation, and will be considered for an extended engagement.
