Nakhra Swag is an early-stage fashion and lifestyle brand looking for a proactive, creative, and motivated Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder on marketing, growth, branding, and content initiatives.

This internship is ideal for college students and freshers who want hands-on startup experience, practical exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with a founder while contributing to the growth of a fashion brand.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the founder on marketing and growth initiatives
• Assist in creating and managing Instagram and social media content
• Research fashion, social media, competitor, and consumer trends
• Assist with influencer outreach and brand collaborations
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Brainstorm ideas for content, engagement, and audience growth
• Assist with basic Canva designs, content creation, and branding
• Take ownership of assigned projects and provide regular updates
• Explore new ideas and opportunities to help grow the brand
• College students or freshers who are eager to learn

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in fashion, marketing, branding, startups, or social media
• Creative mindset and willingness to experiment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, content creation, or social media marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions

Internship Details

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Working Hours: Flexible, approximately 2–3 hours per day

Stipend:₹2,000 per month
