Founder's Office Intern (6-month minimum)

We're building Affluense — an AI-powered platform helping India's wealth managers and BFSI institutions identify and engage HNI prospects. We're post-seed, early-stage, and moving fast. This is a chance to sit right next to the founders and build.

What you'll actually do:

• Work directly with the founding team across GTM, sales, product, and marketing — not siloed into one function
• Build and run outbound experiments: prospect lists, segments, messaging, sequences
• Help set up and optimize tools like Apollo (or similar) for list-building and outreach
• Turn ideas into shipped experiments fast — test, measure, kill or scale
• Support sales conversations — research, prep, follow-ups, deal tracking
• Jump into whatever the week's priority is — this role is deliberately undefined by function and defined by ownership

Who we're looking for:

• You've worked hands-on with GTM tools — Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar — building lists, segments, or outbound campaigns (even in a college project, internship, or side hustle)
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and move without needing a playbook
• You want to learn how a startup actually gets built, not just observe it
• You can commit a minimum of 6 months — this is not a resume-filler internship
• Bonus: any exposure to BFSI/wealth management, sales tooling, or early-stage startups
