Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted email and outreach campaigns directed at schools and apartment communities to introduce our programs.
- Secure appointments, follow up consistently, and conduct on-ground school visits as necessary.
- Develop compelling pitches, presentations, and communication materials tailored for institutional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and community leaders to close partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- Background & Experience: Must possess a solid academic background or hands-on experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or business development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively.
- Location: Hybrid working model, with a strong preference for candidates based in Allahabad who can easily manage on-ground visits.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving founder's office environment.
