About The Role

Techdome is hiring someone to operate as an extension of the CEO and CTO — turning high-level strategic discussions into tangible, executed outcomes. This isn't a support role; it's a role built for someone who can take a half-formed idea from a leadership conversation and walk out with a plan, a timeline, and a person accountable for each piece. You'll work across Engineering, Marketing, BD, and Ops to keep priorities moving from we should do this to this is done, and you'll constantly be looking for places where AI and automation can replace manual, repetitive work across the business.

What You'll Own

• Translate strategic conversations with the CEO/CTO into concrete action items — clear owners, deadlines, and next steps
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Marketing, BD, and Ops from kickoff to actual completion, not just status updates
• Catch operational bottlenecks early, before they escalate into urgent fire drills
• Create polished, client-ready pitch decks, proposals, and briefing documents for founder-led presentations
• Sit in on client and BD conversations and own the follow-through as though the deal were yours
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research and distill it into actionable recommendations
• Flag recurring manual work — research, reporting, documentation — and build AI-driven or automated fixes for it
• Take on ad hoc, cross-cutting projects that don't naturally belong to any single team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in a Founder's Office, BizOps, Strategy, BD, or early-stage startup role
• A track record of operating effectively without a pre-built playbook
• High ownership — you notice what's missing and fix it before someone has to ask
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, sometimes within the same week
• Solid skills in building sharp PowerPoint decks and Excel/Sheets-based models
• Fluency in using AI tools as a natural part of daily work, not a bolt-on
• Sound judgment around confidential information, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of details
  
  

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a startup or founder's office, particularly under high-pressure conditions
• Exposure to client-facing work or business development
• Working familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello
• Some understanding of how AI, SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech, or Enterprise Tech companies operate
• An MBA is a nice-to-have, but a demonstrated bias for execution matters far more
