About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

We are looking for a highly driven, execution-oriented Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the founders across GTM, growth, hiring, marketing, and business operations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution one day building an outbound pipeline, the next coordinating a hiring drive, refining a pitch deck, researching potential partners, or ensuring an important client deliverable gets shipped on time. You will operate as an extension of the founders and help turn priorities into measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, commercially minded, a strong communicator, and comfortable working with ambiguity. You should be someone who doesn't wait for instructions for every task, can independently figure things out, and has a strong bias toward action.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

    GTM and Growth:

    • Build and operate the growth engine for new products and offerings.
    • Research markets, ICPs, competitors, customers, and relevant industry trends.
    • Build and maintain weekly content calendars for LinkedIn and X.
    • Brainstorm and develop content ideas including technical posts, threads, carousels, and short-form videos.
    • Coordinate with founders, research, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.
    • Manage the content workflow from idea drafting to review to publishing.
    • Research high-quality accounts, founders, analysts, customers, and communities for thoughtful engagement.
    • Maintain target-account and target-handle lists with relevant notes and follow-ups.
    • Identify and research potential strategic partners, agencies, communities, technology platforms, and cloud marketplaces.
    • Build and maintain partner pipelines and coordinate introductory conversations.
    • Research prospective customers and decision-makers within defined ICPs.
    • Create and execute structured email/LinkedIn outreach sequences.
    • Track conversations, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline movement.

    Hiring and Talent Acquisition:

    • Help build a repeatable hiring engine for engineering and other priority roles.

    Campus Hiring:

    • Identify colleges and institutions relevant to our talent requirements.
    • Build relationships with placement teams, faculty, student communities, and technical clubs.
    • Coordinate hackathons, guest sessions, projects, and other campus initiatives.
    • Develop internship/fresher job descriptions and screening assignments.
    • Maintain campus hiring calendars and applicant pipelines.

    Lateral Hiring:

    • Research competitor and adjacent companies to identify relevant talent pools.
    • Build targeted candidate lists for SDE1 SDE2 Senior SDE, and other priority roles.
    • Develop personalised candidate outreach.
    • Track response, screening, interview, and conversion metrics.

    First-Pass Screening:

    • Conduct 20-30 minute candidate verification calls.
    • Validate experience, technical exposure, communication, motivation, and CV accuracy.
    • Maintain standardised screening notes and scorecards.
    • Coordinate shortlisted candidates with the engineering team.
    • Maintain a target turnaround time of 48 hours from recruiter handoff to recommendation.

    Marketing and Packaging:

    • Help convert company/product positioning into high-quality sales and marketing assets.
    • Build and maintain the company's master pitch deck.
    • Develop persona-specific versions for different customers and use cases.
    • Coordinate with founders, engineering, research, and design teams to create compelling narratives.
    • Maintain a library of product screenshots, diagrams, benchmarks, case studies, customer proof points, FAQs, and other assets.
    • Coordinate with design partners to improve visual quality and consistency.
    • Maintain brand and presentation standards.
    • Coordinate website copy, page structure, assets, and landing-page launches.
    • Work with design/development partners to ship new pages and offerings.
    • Monitor basic website conversion metrics and coordinate CRO experiments.

    Founder's Office and Business Operations:

    • Support the founders in keeping high-priority initiatives moving.
    • Track important company and client initiatives from start to finish.
    • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documents, and action items.
    • Maintain client trackers, milestones, owners, and deadlines.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on internal and external commitments.
    • Coordinate with engineering, product, recruiting, design, and external partners.
    • Maintain meeting notes, decisions, documents, and operating repositories.
    • Keep task boards and project trackers clean and up to date.
    • Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks before they become problems.
    • Help establish repeatable processes, templates, dashboards, and SOPs.
