About the Role

Work directly with the founder to build an early-stage medical tourism venture. This is a broad generalist role combining business development, coordination, research, marketing and everyday execution.

The role is based in Bhubaneswar and includes regular local visits and external meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective partners, including visiting hospitals, presenting the venture and following discussions through to partnerships.
• Take ownership of varied business and operational tasks as priorities evolve.
• Research opportunities, compare options and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, documents, spreadsheets and concise progress updates.
• Support social media, content creation and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with partners, vendors and team members; maintain records and follow up on commitments.
• Use AI and digital tools effectively, checking facts and refining the final output.

Requirements

• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence approaching new people and representing the business in person.
• Ownership, organisation and persistence in following work through.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve practical problems and work with limited supervision.
• Good working ability with presentations, spreadsheets and everyday digital tools.
• Strong practical use of AI, with the judgment to verify its output.
• Willingness to work in Bhubaneswar and undertake regular local visits.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in a startup, founder's office, business development, operations or another role involving varied responsibilities.
• Work samples or results demonstrating useful skills.
• Exposure to healthcare or partnerships.

No specific degree or professional qualification is required. We value demonstrated ability, initiative and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Salary

₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Performance Bonus

• Up to ₹60,000
