- Partner with the founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
- Work across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
- Lead special projects from idea to implementation.
- Build business reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
- Analyze business data and recommend improvements.
- Support strategic partnerships and key customer engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution.
- Improve business processes and drive automation.
- Prepare presentations, business cases and executive updates.
- Take ownership of new initiatives as the company scales. What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in a high-growth D2C brand, startup, consulting, business operations, strategy or Founder's Office role | MBA/Master's degree from a reputed Tier 1/2 institute.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. Preferred Experience
- Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience working with founders or senior leadership.
- Exposure to business planning or strategic projects.
