Founder's Associate

Were looking for a highly motivated Founder's associate to work closely with the founder on key business initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building processes from scratch, conducting market research, and speaking directly with potential customers or leads.

Youll act as an extension of the founder, helping drive strategic and operational priorities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Development

• Build, improve, and document internal business processes
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
• Help create systems that support company growth and execution

Market Research

• Research industry trends, competitors, customer behavior, and market opportunities
• Analyze findings and turn them into actionable insights
• Support decision-making with structured research and reports

Lead Reach out

• Speak with potential leads to understand their needs, pain points, and interest
• Support founder-led sales and partnership efforts
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams
• Help qualify leads and maintain organized notes from conversations

Strategic and Operational Support

• Assist with special projects across operations, growth, and strategy
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and internal documents
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure important initiatives move forward.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, especially in speaking with potential leads and stakeholders
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Ability to create structure and improve business processes
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup, consulting, business operations, or similar role
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
• Comfort working directly with founders or leadership teams
• Interest in business strategy, operations, and growth
