    About this role

    @context:https://schema.org/,@type:JobPosting,title:Founder's Associate Intern (m/f/d),description:

    About HOLY

    • HOLY is the soft drink revolution: With our powdered drinks HOLY Energy®, HOLY Hydration®, HOLY Iced Tea®, HOLY Milkshake® and HOLY Syrup Bottle® you get amazing taste across 50+ flavors while maintaining a good conscience—for your body & the environment.
    • Over 2M loyal customers: Started in a shared apartment by three best friends, we have scaled to Europe's fastest growing consumer brand—and our cult-like community, the HOLY Squad, loves it: 4.6 stars on reviews.io speak for themselves.
    • From D2C to Global Omnichannel: In less than four years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than €180M D2C revenue in DACH, FR, UK and PL. Now scaling our retail business, we're on an exciting transition to becoming a true omnichannel rocketship.
    • We are still just getting started: Backed by the world's best consumer investors, we aim to revolutionize the soft drink industry and build a generational love brand: tastier, healthier & more sustainable. Our team of 170+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!).

    About the Position

By scaling HOLY from zero to over €200M in total revenue in under five years, we've grown from a D2C start-up into one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer brands. As we continue expanding across channels and markets, strong structure, clear communication, and reliable execution are becoming increasingly important.

As the Founder's Associate Intern, you'll report to the Corporate Development Lead and work closely with the Founders and our Business Developmentand Special Projects team across a mix of strategic and operational topics. Your work helps to keep projects organised, ensures teams stay aligned, and creates the clarity needed in a fast-moving environment.

In practice, this means preparing presentations and internal documents, analysing data and translating it into simple insights, organising and documenting meetings, coordinating timelines and to-dos, and supporting the overall planning and structure behind key projects. You'll also take on administrative and enabling tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly and help teams make decisions based on clean inputs.

Throughout the internship, you'll gain exposure to topics across Organisational Development, Strategic Planing and Execution, Product Development as well as Regulatory and Compliance. You'll work closely with leaders across multiple teams and get a realistic, hands-on view into how a high-growth consumer brand operates behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and learning in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and structure strategic presentations (e.g. board updates, performance overviews, project summaries) that clearly communicate insights and progress.
    • Analyze and visualize data, turning numbers into concise, actionable insights to support decision-making.
    • Prepare and facilitate meetings — from structuring agendas and gathering inputs to capturing next steps and ensuring follow-through in Notion.
    • Coordinate cross-functional projects across teams and ensure timelines and priorities stay on track.
    • Support planning & administration, such as internal kickoffs, team sessions, and light logistics — executed with ownership and attention to detail.
    • Learn directly from HOLY's Founders and leadership and participate in strategic discussions shaping our next phase of growth.

    About You

    • Structured & Reliable: Works with discipline and clarity, keeps priorities straight, and delivers on time.
    • High Standards: Produces clean, accurate, and well-thought-out work — every detail counts.
    • Analytical & Pragmatic: Thinks logically, solves problems fast, and gets things done efficiently.
    • Communicative Team Player: Shares progress openly, takes feedback well, and collaborates with a low-ego mindset.
    • Languages: English fluency required; German is a strong plus but not mandatory.
    • Availability: 3–6 months.

In today's job market, A-players have many options to choose from. As part of our offer, we prioritise providing a productive working environment and opportunities for growth. In addition to competitive compensation, including company shares, you can expect:

    • Awesome team: Join an awesome team of colleagues who are ambitious, funny, down-to-earth, and authentic. Get to know us and see for yourself!
