Role Description This is a full-time remote role in the founder's office at Aurig AI. The role involves working closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives, company-wide projects, and operational priorities across product, growth, and talent. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, preparing investor and partner materials, designing and tracking key metrics, and managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution. The individual will help streamline decision-making, create internal processes and documentation, and support high-impact experiments across business development, operations, and product. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys owning end-to-end outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder's office roles, preferably in technology or AI-driven organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations, reports, and executive-ready documents.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and delivering results under tight timelines.
• Comfort with remote, globally distributed teams and digital collaboration tools; ability to work independently with high ownership.
• Interest in AI, engineering talent, and future-of-work trends; prior exposure to startup environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset aligned with a fast-paced, experimentation-driven culture.
