Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Founder s Office with day-to-day coordination, meeting prep, and cross-functional project tracking across marketing, supply chain, and customer ops.
- Research and compile market insights on consumer trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging DTC channels (especially social commerce & influencer ecosystems).
- Manage lightweight administrative workflows: scheduling, documentation, CRM updates, and internal comms across Slack + Notion.
- Assist in drafting investor update decks, internal memos, and founder talking points using clear, crisp, and brand-aligned language.
- Help identify and onboard early-stage partners (micro-influencers, eco-NGOs, student communities) through targeted outreach and spreadsheet tracking.
- Own tracking of KPIs for founder-led initiatives-conversion rates, content performance, community engagement metrics.
