Founder Office Intern

Job Summary

Assist the Director with day-to-day planning, coordination, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including lead research, prospect identification, outreach, and partnership research.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential business and growth opportunities.
• Assist the marketing team with campaign planning, content initiatives, and go-to-market activities.
• Collect and organize business and marketing performance data and help prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining proposals, pitch decks, SOPs, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to track project updates and follow-ups.
• Support project management activities, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, action items, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between leadership, technology, marketing, business development, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and documentation and assist with implementing improvements.
• Attend internal meetings, take meeting notes and action items, and follow up with relevant team members.
• Perform ad-hoc research, analysis, and administrative tasks as required by the Director.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Founders Intern to work closely with the founding team at Mathionix Technologies. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a technology company is built. You'll get exposure to technology, AI, product, research, and business operations, while working on real projects and initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly from the founding team, take ownership of tasks, and contribute ideas that can have a real impact.
