Founder Office Intern Content and Community Growth

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage the social media calendar and content ideas.
• Create Reels, Stories and short-form content and be comfortable appearing on camera.
• Build and engage with the brand community.
• Work on organic growth through collaborations, campaigns and new ideas.
• Identify and participate in relevant offline events and brand activities.
• Work directly with the Founder on research, partnerships and new brand building projects.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable appearing on camera and confidently representing the brand.
• Naturally active on social media with a strong understanding of current trends.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh content and community-building ideas.
• Takes initiative and gets things moving without waiting for instructions at every step.
• Excited to work in a startup environment and learn how a brand is built from the ground up.

Good to Have

• Basic experience creating Reels, Stories or other social media content.
• Familiarity with content creation and editing tools.
• Experience in organising events, communities or social media pages.
• Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, accessories or D2C brands.
• Ability to research trends, competitors and potential collaboration opportunities.

What Happens After 6 Months?

This isn't just a 6-month internship. Based on your performance and overall contribution, you will have an opportunity to convert into a full-time role with a CTC of 4 LPA to 5 LPA.
