About this role
Company Description Founded in 2014 as Dr Shenoy’s CARE, RheumaCARE has become India’s largest stand-alone rheumatology centre. Our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art, cost-effective care that helps people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases live pain-free lives. We unite rheumatologists, orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, immunologists, and counsellors under one roof, while our advanced autoimmune laboratory leverages cutting-edge serology and genomics to provide rapid, accurate diagnoses. Research is woven into everything we do: an active clinical‐research programme enables us to translate global breakthroughs into everyday practice. In just 20 months, we have opened centers across Ahmedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Mysuru, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Vizag, and Guwahati, treating more than 200,000 patients each year and welcoming 15,000 new patients annually. Our next milestone is underway: building Asia’s largest R&D hospital for rheumatology and autoimmune diseases in Kochi.
Role Description: Role Description You would be turning growth plans into operational reality. Think of it as a mini-CEO role for every new city we enter—taking a centre from concept to launch while working on crafting our overall strategy. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 1 + year experience with a top-tier consulting firm (preferred MBBK )
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear, data-backed action plans and move at speed
- Are you willing to base yourself in Kochi (This comes with backwater views :D) and travel extensively across India
- Love creating tangible impact and improving patient outcomes fast
- Are excited by both startup agility and a mission that transforms healthcare nationwide
