Fos Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of field executives to achieve sales targets for home loans, insurance products, and other financial services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the company's customer base.
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue growth by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on loan sales, credit card sales, insurance sales, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as home loans, personal loans, credit cards, etc. .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
