FOS Executive – Agri (Field Sales)

Salary

Qualification

• Graduate preferred
• Candidates with relevant sales/agri-finance experience may also be considered

Experience

0–3 Years

• Freshers can apply
• Experience in Field Sales / BFSI / Agri Finance / Rural Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Visit villages and rural areas regularly
• Meet farmers and understand their financial requirements
• Generate leads and source agricultural loans
• Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
• Assist customers with documentation and application processes
• Follow up on loan applications until disbursement
• Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets
• Maintain strong relationships with farmers and local communities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 21–34 Years
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of the local language is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
• Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence mandatory
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and documentation
