You will be responsible for identifying business requirements, optimizing workflows, and deploying AI-driven solutions that resonate with the fast-paced nature of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering : Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical roadmaps
• AI Integration & Vibecoding : Utilize modern AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit Agent, Lovable, or Bolt) to build internal prototypes and automate repetitive data tasks through natural language prompts
• Process Optimization : Analyze existing financial workflows and identify opportunities to inject Data Driven efficiencies
• Product Ownership : Manage the lifecycle of internal digital tools, from initial prototyping to final deployment and user feedback

Required Qualifications : Core Data Engineer (5-7 Years)

• Proven experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping
• Strong understanding of financial services
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Databricks , ETL
• Good Vibe Coding skills
