Forward Deployed Software Engineer

We need a senior, hands-on technical leader who can own AI solution deployments end-to-end while working directly with customers and business stakeholders, particularly in Government and enterprise environments.

Requirements:

• 8-13 years of experience, ideally 8-10 years; candidates with 12-13 years of experience may be considered for exceptional profiles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-based applications, or agentic workflows; familiarity with GenAI concepts alone is insufficient.
• Strong engineering background in Python, backend development, APIs, system architecture, and production deployments.
• Ability to write code, troubleshoot issues, and solve technical problems independently.
• Direct customer-facing experience in requirement discovery, solution design, technical discussions, implementation, and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end solution delivery, from problem definition and proof of concept (POC) through production deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Experience working with government departments, PSUs, large enterprises, or complex stakeholder environments is an added advantage.
• Ability to navigate demanding customer environments and manage complex stakeholder expectations effectively.
