About this role
Responsibilities:
- You'll be our first dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer, the person who owns the path from "dealership signs up" to "their AI agent is live and handling calls in production. "
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end on the ShortLoop platform.
- Translate customer requirements into agent behaviour, prompts, and call flows.
- Configure, build, and ship agents, and deliver them to customers at production quality.
- Handle customisations: every dealership operates differently; you'll decide what's a config change, a prompt change, or a platform ask.
- Drive continuous improvement across agents and the platform pipeline (call classification, tagging flows, routing logic).
