The role
This is not a traditional engineering role. You will work in an AI-native delivery model where coding agents, LLM-powered components, and intelligent automation are core parts of how solutions are built and operated.
You will embed with customer teams, translate complex and ambiguous requirements into working systems, and lead technical delivery from architecture through deployment and handover.
You should be comfortable using coding agents such as Claude Code and Open AI Codex to move quickly, while also knowing how to direct, review, validate, and govern their output so that what ships is safe, reliable, and enterprise-grade.

What youll do
- Design, build, and deploy AI-native software solutions for strategic customers.
- Lead technical delivery from architecture and development through deployment and handover.
- Work across backend services, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and AI components.
- Embed with customer teams to understand their technical environment, requirements, and success criteria.
- Use coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
- Design and build multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, and reusable agent components.
- Integrate LLM APIs and build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Build reliable AI systems with testing, guardrails, fallback logic, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure security, reliability, and enterprise-grade quality.
- Identify reusable technical patterns and customer pain points to help improve the product and platform.
What were looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including recent hands-on work with AI/LLM systems.
- Demonstrable experience building and shipping AI-native applications, not just integrating LLM APIs.
- Work across backend services, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and AI components.
- Experience working directly with customers or in delivery-oriented environments such as consulting, professional services, or startups.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript .
- Solid understanding of system design, data modeling, and cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or open-source models.
- Experience with agent systems, including tool use, function calling, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration.
- Proficiency with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.

Responsibilities

- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers in fast-moving environments.

- Experience fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of modern data stacks, including data lakes, semantic layers, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud infrastructure.
- Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or startup environments.
- Contributions to open-source AI/agent tooling or published work on AI system design.
