Forward Deployed Engineer

Own customer onboarding and implementation projects by designing integrations, configuring workflows, and deploying compliance solutions. Partner closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful adoption, rapid issue resolution, and scalable deployment of AiPrise’s verification platform. Key Responsibilities at this Role

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from technical discovery through production deployment.
• Design API-based integrations aligned with customer compliance and verification requirements.
• Deliver production-ready workflows and configurations within agreed implementation timelines.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, databases, and third-party verification providers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform enhancements.
• Own implementation success metrics including deployment timelines and customer adoption.

• 3–6 years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting REST API integrations in production environments, including third-party software integrations across multiple systems.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or a similar language, along with hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, webhooks, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API Keys, JWT), and integration best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in debugging and root-cause analysis, including log analysis, issue tracing, and the use of observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to diagnose technical issues, drive implementations, and ensure successful integration outcomes. Skills: api,customer,adoption,onboarding,integration,databases
