Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand and analyse business processes.
• Map existing workflows and design improved processes based on business needs.
• Configure workflows, forms, approvals, risk scoring, and integrations.
• Manage project delivery, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot integrations and ensure successful go-live.
• Share customer feedback with product teams and create reusable templates.

Requirements

• Experience in technical delivery, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript.
• Production experience with LLMs, retrieval, agent workflows, and output evaluation.
• Experience managing project plans, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
