Forward Deployed Engineer

Currently hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer role at DevRev, an AI-first company building a computer AI teammate that connects data, tools, workflows, and AI agents to help teams work smarter.

This is a highly hands-on role combining software engineering, system integrations, and applied AI, with approximately 70-80% technical implementation and 30% customer-facing work. (Customer-facing experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Building and deploying AI agents, integrations, and automations.
• Developing with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
• Working with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, and agentic AI.
• Building Knowledge Graphs and large-scale data synchronisation systems.
• Deploying solutions on AWS/GCP with modern DevOps and observability practices.
• Working directly with customers to prototype and solve complex technical use cases.
