As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise technology stacks, ensuring compatibility with multiple provider platforms. The position demands active engagement in aligning AI models with existing systems, managing complex technical environments, and supporting the smooth operation of AI-driven initiatives within the organization.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize deployment processes and improve integration efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of backend development and microservices architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
