Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you?ll solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business and technical challenges.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized technical solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable software products and engineering solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and prototyping to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer teams.
• Integrate applications with customer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions quickly.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of production outcomes and continuously improve deployed solutions.
