• Hands-on engineering/architecture experience.
• Strong technical breadth across cloud, distributed systems, microservices, API design, DevOps, and security.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and customer-facing abilities.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
• Proven track record of solving open-ended, complex problems.
• Thrive in ambiguity and high-pressure situations.
• Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for complex, large-scale systems.
• Solve ambiguous, technical challenges with clarity and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand the business problems, alleviate them with solutions, influence decisions, and drive adoption.
• Provide deep technical guidance across engineering teams, ensuring design quality and scalability.
• Rapidly deep dive into new technologies, frameworks, and domains as needed.
• Drive best practices, design reviews, and high-quality engineering delivery.
