Forward Deployed Engineer at An IT Service Company

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Build scalable AI-powered applications and workflows using Python.
• Develop modern React.js front-end interfaces and backend services.
• Integrate APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources.
• Build and optimize LLM, RAG, chatbot, and AI automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to deliver and support solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Python skills with FastAPI/Flask/Django and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Knowledge of RAG and AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or automation workflows.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, problem-solving, and solution-design skills.
