Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in Mivan, Doka, PERI, and Conventional Formwork Systems? We are looking for a dynamic Formwork Manager to lead formwork operations for high-rise residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end formwork activities for RCC structures
Drive slab cycle targets and project milestones
Lead teams of engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards
Optimize formwork inventory utilization and minimize wastage
Coordinate with project, planning, QA/QC, and procurement teams
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required

Desired Profile

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
10-20 years of construction experience
Strong exposure to Mivan/Aluminium Formwork Systems
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects (G+20 and above preferred)
Proven expertise in formwork planning, execution, and team management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
