Location: Gurugram, NCR Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gujurat and Chennai.

Job Description:

• Estimate formwork and scaffolding quantities from construction drawings.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for material planning, procurement, and deployment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum utilization of formwork and scaffolding materials.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure work-front availability and smooth execution.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for timely material delivery and support.
• Track material movement, inventory reconciliation, and site resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Support project teams in achieving construction targets through efficient planning and coordination.
