Formwork Design Engineer

We are looking for an innovative and technically strong Structural Formwork Design Engineer R&D to join our engineering team. The role focuses on the research, development, testing, and optimization of advanced formwork and temporary works systems used in construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong structural engineering fundamentals, product development exposure, and hands-on experience in formwork design and analysis.

Required Qualifications •

Masters Degree in Structural Engineering. • 48 years of experience in structural formwork design, temporary works engineering, or R&D/product development related to construction systems. • Strong understanding of structural behaviour, RCC construction methodologies, and temporary works engineering & steel design. • Experience in product development or engineering innovation within construction/formwork industry preferred.
