Formulation Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new formulations for solid oral dosage forms (tablets) based on customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct literature searches to identify potential formulation approaches and optimize existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches in the US market.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and resolve problems through root cause analysis.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in formulation development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of OSD (Oral Solid Dose) formulations and their regulatory requirements.
• Experience with literature search techniques to identify relevant information for formulation development.
