Formulation And Development Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products.
• Support trial batches, laboratory experiments, and process development.
• Perform basic testing and documentation as per SOPs.
• Maintain development records, protocols, and reports.
• Assist in scale-up and technology transfer activities.
• Follow GMP, GLP, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and other departments.
• Support investigation and resolution of formulation/process-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be M.Pharm in Pharmacy
• Fresher or 01 years of experience in formulation/R&D.
• Basic knowledge of formulation development and pharmaceutical processes.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills.
• Willingness to learn, perform trials, and work in a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
