Forging Sourcing - Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Preparing Cost Proposal
• Indepth knowledge of Forging Parts (Gears & Shafts)
• Arranging quotes, Negotiation & settlement with supplier
• Proto quote arrangement & PO  release
• Resolution of issue with both internal & external customers
• Part development and ensure timely implementation
• Cost saving proposals at design stage
• Cost compilation & Gap analysis 

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing roles within the automobile industry.
• B.Tech Full time
• Strong understanding of part costing, shaft alignment, gear systems, and forging parts used in vehicle manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts with suppliers and improving supply chain efficiency.
