Forex mentor

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group Forex mentoring sessions.
• Teach trading strategies, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and risk management.
• Conduct live trading practice sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Analyze market trends and explain market movements clearly to students.
• Guide students in developing structured and disciplined trading approaches.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.
• Simplify complex trading concepts for beginners and intermediate-level traders.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated with current Forex and financial market developments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as an active Forex trader and trainer/mentor.
• Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technical and fundamental market analysis.
• Good understanding of Forex trading strategies and risk management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex trading concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Fluent in Kannada/Hindi and at least one additional Indian language.
• English proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High patience, emotional intelligence, and a student-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a professional, on-site environment.
• Hands-on experience with MT4 / MT5 or similar trading platforms.
• Certification in financial markets, trading, or financial education.
• Experience creating educational trading content.
• Social media/content creation experience.
• Experience conducting webinars or workshops.
