Foreman Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Labour Management: Allocate daily work to labour teams and ensure proper utilisation of manpower.
2. Daily Work Planning: Prepare daily work targets and ensure completion within the planned time.
3. Work Execution: Get construction activities completed as per drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager.
4. Site Supervision: Monitor labour productivity, attendance, discipline, and work progress throughout the day.
5. Material Coordination: Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available before starting work and minimise wastage.
6. Quality Control: Check workmanship and rectify defects before offering work for inspection.
7. Safety Compliance: Ensure labour follows safety instructions and uses the required PPE.
8. Coordination: Coordinate with other trades, subcontractors, and site engineers to avoid delays and rework.
9. Progress Reporting: Report daily manpower deployment, work completed, pending activities, and site issues to the Project Manager.
10. Measurement and Billing Support: Maintain records of work completed by labour teams and assist in joint measurements and labour bill verification.
11. Housekeeping: Ensure the work area is clean, organised, and safe.
12. Problem Solving: Identify site-level issues, arrange necessary resources, and escalate delays or technical problems promptly.
