Foreman & Supervisor (Civil)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at industrial project sites, including excavation, PCC/RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and concreting. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers, monitor manpower and material utilization, and maintain daily progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI in Civil/ relevant trade preferred.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience in excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and masonry works.
• Ability to supervise workmen, allocate daily tasks, and monitor site progress.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, quality standards, and site safety practices.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Eastern India.
