Position: Foreclosure Litigation

Key Responsibilities
• Manage foreclosure litigation cases throughout the foreclosure lifecycle
• Review pleadings, motions, affidavits, judgments, and court-related documents.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, law firms, and external vendors.
• Monitor litigation timelines, court deadlines, and SLAs.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate legal, operational, and compliance risks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, investor, and client requirements.
• Review legal referrals and provide direction to outside counsel
• Track case status, milestones, and outcomes in case management systems.
• Support contested foreclosure matters, mediations, and related legal proceedings
.• Prepare litigation reports, metrics, and management updates.
